Udawalawa has Sri Lanka Spur fowl, Red-faced Malkoha, Sri Lanka Grey Hornbill, Brown-capped Babbler, Sri lankan Jungle Fowl and so many kind of birds in this park. There is open parkland attracts birds such as White-bellied sea Eagle, Gray-headed Fish Eagle, Crested Serpent-Eagle, Booted Eagle and Changeable Hawk-Eagle. 

Fish and Reptiles 

This park has Water Monitors, Bengal Monitors, Mugger Crocodiles and many kind of snake. Giant gourami, Catla, Rohu and so many kind fish in this park.
